HX: Seizure
DX: Incomplete lissencephaly
Findings:
There is agyria at parieto-occipital lobes and pachygyria at frontotemporal lobes. The sylvian fissures are shallow and maloriented causing a figure-eight appearance.

HX: Left hemiparesis, neck pain, vertigo and dysphagia following recent neck trauma 33 y
DX: Dissection of the left vertebral artery with ischemic lesion in left cerebellar hemisphere
Findings:
Multiple small bright T2 signal foci at inferomedial aspect of the left cerebellar hemisphere and left posterolateral aspect of medulla.
On MIP: Marked stenosis of distal extracranial and intracranial segments of the left vertebral artery .
On axial and coronal T1W fat sat: Hyperintensity within the distal extracranial segment (segment 3) of left vertebral artery related to intraluminal hemorrhage along with an eccentric narrowed signal void lumen.
