DX: Fusiform aneurysm at bifurcation of left MCA
Findings:
There is a relatively large lobulated signal void structure at left sylvian fissure (on both T1W and T2WI) with enhancement on post-Gd images.
MIP demonstrate an aneurysm at bifurcation of left MCA
