HX:A 25 year old woman , painless lump in right lower
abdominal wall .
Findings: Moderate size soft tissue tumor in right transverse / oblique abdominal wall muscles.
Diagnosis : Neurofibroma.
DX: Abdominal wall neurofibroma most common
presenting as inguinal hernia.
